Directions for Finding My Building within the Complex
As you pull into the complex, there will be a Y in the road. Bear to the right and follow the perimeter to of the property around to the very back of the complex to building M. It is the building after N. Go into the only door into the first floor. You'll see my name on the door. When you come in the building, you will be in the waiting area.
Instructions for New Clients
Please click on the link above to download the Patient Forms. Print them, fill them out, sign them, and bring them with you to your first session. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please give me as much notice as possible so I can schedule someone in your place. I do charge the full-session fee for no-show appointments.
